Tillandsia Xerographica "Air Plant"
Tillandsia are commonly known as air plants, for their ability to live entirely off of nutrients and moisture in the air in their native habitats. Tillandsia are often found in trees, nestled in the fork of a branch where humidity and dew collects to form moist pockets.
LIGHT: Moderate to bright indirect light. Avoid direct sun.
WATER: Water by soaking weekly (fully submerge entire plant), then allow to dry upside down for a few minutes to prevent nooks and crannies from holding pockets of water (potential to cause rot). If desired, mist to extend time between regular soakings.
INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Great to keep indoors year round or bring outside when overnight temps are above 40 F degrees.
HEADS UP! Measurements are “nominal” diameters (approximate and will vary slightly).
Due to the nature of nature, every plant is unique. You likely won't receive the exact plant pictured, but your plant will come from the same batch delivered from the same grower and with our promise that it’s the healthiest and best available.
